What’s New in Revenova: Spring ‘26
Our Spring ’26 release means fewer tabs, fewer manual checks, smarter compliance, and more of your operation running inside one system. It also deepens integrations with two of the industry’s leading technology partners – giving freight brokers, carriers, and logistics teams more visibility.
Here’s what’s new:
Intelligent LTL Orchestration with SMC³
SMC³ recently published a new set of LTL APIs, and Revenova has built a native integration to take full advantage of them. Through a single connection, you can quote, tender, track, and retrieve documents for LTL shipments without leaving the TMS.
What makes this integration particularly powerful is its pricing depth. SMC³’s LTL APIs support aggregate, contract, dynamic, volume, and broker/3PL pricing models simultaneously. SMC³ translates your request into each carrier’s native format competitive side by side. Built-in overlength logic improves accuracy for dimensional freight.
Already using Rateware® XL for LTL rating? This integration works alongside it.
Ocean Container Tracking with OpenTrack
If you’re managing intermodal or drayage freight, visibility has always depended on how your stack is configured. Carrier portals, terminal websites, third-party tools — and for some, no container tracking connection at all. Spring ’26 brings that visibility natively into Revenova through a new partnership with OpenTrack, so you’re not depending on workarounds to see where your containers are.
OpenTrack maintains direct data partnerships with major ocean carriers and terminal operators, so the milestone data you’re seeing is standardized and reliable.
Here’s what you can now track and manage inside Revenova:
- Milestone events from vessel departure through port arrival, customs clearance, terminal gate-out, and final delivery surfaced directly on the container record
- Real-time geolocation displayed on the load map
- Hold records with active and resolved statuses, so you stay ahead of demurrage and detention deadlines
- Container Console with a consolidated view of all active containers, filterable by event type and status
- Customs event visibility through OpenTrack’s Direct Customs Integration, including clearance, exams, and holds
For customers managing ocean-routed drayage moves, you can now handle the full intermodal journey – from the vessel to the final-mile delivery – without leaving the TMS.
Dispatch Verification
CDL status, equipment availability, a double-booked truck, credential deadlines – someone or some spreadsheet is tracking all of it. Spring ’26 gives you a purpose-built system to manage it without relying on manual checks.
Dispatch Verifications automatically check drivers, equipment, and credentials against your rules before a Trip Plan is confirmed. Hard validations block dispatch outright when something critical requires attention, like overlapping trip assignments, expired credentials, or missing TWIC authorization.
Soft validations surface warnings without stopping workflows, so your dispatchers have the information they need to make a judgment call. You configure the rules, then the TMS enforces them.
Fleet Notifications keep your compliance team ahead of what’s coming. CDL expirations, medical certificate deadlines, hazmat endorsements, equipment inspection due dates — alerts surface in the Fleet Management Console days before they become dispatch constraints, so your team can act early instead of scrambling at the gate.

More in Spring ‘26
This release also includes additional capabilities for fleet and LTL customers:
- Banyan Integration Updates — New handling unit types, including: Totes, Racks, and Super Sacks. Limited Access accessorial codes and automatic ETA population from Banyan’s tender response are now fully supported.
- Trip Planner Asset Type Filtering — Power Unit and Trailer fields in the Trip Planner now filter to the correct asset types, eliminating a common planning error for mixed-fleet operations.
