Revenova Launches Spring ’25 Release: Automation, Visibility, and Control Take Center Stage

 In Featured, Press Release

Bannockburn, Ill. – Revenova has launched its Spring ’25 Release, delivering major upgrades across the Revenova TMS platform. This release is packed with enhancements focused on automation, communication, operational transparency, and usability—designed to give freight brokers, fleets, and shippers more control over their transportation workflows.

🎥 Each feature includes a product walkthrough video from the team behind it to give users an inside look at the enhancements and how to start using them right away.

📊 Market Monitor

Market Monitor brings real-time visibility into spot rate trends, leveraging anonymized carrier quote data from the LaneIQ Network. Brokers can instantly compare rates by lane and monitor trends over time without leaving the TMS.

💬 TextLocate Integration

With TextLocate, brokers can automate check calls, collect PODs, and request GPS updates via SMS—no apps required.

🔁 Autotracking

This feature automatically initiates carrier tracking sessions—eliminating the need to manually start tracking on every load. It’s part of Revenova’s broader strategy to create a fully touchless load lifecycle.

🧠 Quote Logging Tools

Two new tools—API Quote Log and Load Match Test—give TMS admins a full view into the quoting process. These components help users debug issues and ensure the best rates are being applied, with clear, self-serve instructions for troubleshooting.

🚂 Rail EDI Support

Rail EDI automates tendering, status updates, confirmations, and invoicing for intermodal moves. By supporting required data fields like “notified party” and integrating them into freight plans, it streamlines what was once a highly manual process.

📦 Revenova Load Board

Revenova’s new carrier-facing Load Board gives partner carriers instant access to available freight after accepting a load to help them find backhauls and stay loaded. No login is required, and it works alongside public load boards to deepen engagement with your private carrier network.

🚛 Fleet Module Enhancements

Revenova’s Fleet Management tools now include IFTA state mileage reporting, which automatically calculates miles driven across jurisdictions using ELD data or trip plan-based fallback logic. Users can generate jurisdiction-specific mileage reports by date or quarter, with full visibility into variances and included trips. In addition to the IFTA reporting, Revenova TMS: Fleet includes these new enhancements –

  • Advanced Driver Messaging: Send messages to one or multiple drivers directly from the fleet view or trip plan, with all communication logged in Chatter.
  • Improved ELD Integration: Enhanced document handling allows driver-sent files to be linked directly to loads or routed to a general inbox if unassociated.
  • Trip Plan Usability Upgrades: Sticky headers, dynamic address sections, stop-level line item visibility, trailer assignment improvements, and quick access to driver HOS.
  • Enhanced Calendar & Actuals View: Improved asset/load visualization, odometer input fields, and dispatch timing adjustments to support real-world operational changes.

These updates make it easier to manage fleet operations, stay in sync with drivers, and maintain compliance with evolving reporting standards.

The Spring ’25 Release represents Revenova’s commitment to continuous innovation—building tools that reduce friction, improve visibility, and let users focus on what matters most: keeping freight moving.
