Revenova, Epay Manager announce integration to streamline payments and audit functionalities for brokers

Chicago, Ill. – Epay, a leading back office automation and payments platform, and Revenova, the premier provider of cloud-based transportation management system (TMS) solutions, have launched a new integration designed to streamline payment processes for logistics companies.

Designed and built by Epay, the integration enables Revenova TMS users to manage payments more efficiently within their existing workflows. By reducing manual processes and improving cash flow management, the solution enhances operational efficiency for freight brokerages, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and carriers.

Integration users can effortlessly manage their payments workflow thanks to the seamless information sync between Revenova and Epay Manager where invoice status, delivery documents, invoice adjustments, and payments are shared between the two. Once the load is marked delivered in Revenova, Epay triggers automated POD collection and invoice creation. Carriers are then able to review the invoice and accept or dispute the rate. Epay’s AI audit module then classifies and reviews these documents, identifying exceptions before broker review. This makes it so that when brokers receive an invoice in Epay the rate has already been reviewed and approved by the carrier and Epay has identified any paperwork issues. Epay then facilitates the carrier payment via terms the broker can customize. All of this information is then synced with the Revenova system for efficient management.
