FreightWaves SONAR, Revenova announce 30-day trial of data analytics feature for all users

Bannockburn, Ill. – In a Q4 push, FreightWaves SONAR is providing RevenovaTMS users a 30-day free trial of the company’s TRAC product.

“We provide that high frequency data, most of our data is less than 24 hours old,” Nick Persin, Strategic Partnerships Manager at FreightWaves SONAR, said. “You’re getting some of the freshest data. Marrying that up with modern technology that lives on the cloud is something that our customers kind of demand at this point.”

Within RevenovaTMS, customers can use TRAC with the native RateIQ tool to provide up-to-date calculations for quotes on the spot market.

“With this integration, our customers’ teams can negotiate with carriers more confidently and more accurately quote their customers,” Alyssa Norcross, a Product Manager with Revenova, said.

Revenova’s RateIQ tool provides rate data and market context to help your users more accurately quote using the most up-to-date information. TRAC plays a big role in providing those numbers to Revenova customers.

“The data provided to customers ensures a better profit margin for their companies overall,” Norcross continued. “TRAC even provides ‘confidence scores’ that are based on load counts and pricing consistency for spot rates.”

“We also have a 5-25 rule,” Persin added. “We have five contributors comprising no more than 25% of the rates that we receive. That way one company doesn’t have a stranglehold on a lane. Customers are getting an even look at what’s going on in the marketplace.”
